The present invention relates to indolizine derivatives and their pharmaceutical use. Specifically, the present invention provides a novel substituted indolizine derivative represented by the general formula I, an isotope-labeled compound thereof, an optical isomer, a geometric isomer, a tautomer or a mixture of isomers thereof, or a pharmaceutical thereof. Pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or prodrugs thereof, are disclosed. The present invention further relates to the medical use of these compounds.
