An objective of the present invention is to provide a laryngeal mask wherein, when a ring-shaped cuff which is inserted in an insertion location is expanded, an occurrence of the ring-shaped cuff coming undone from the insertion location is suppressed. This laryngeal mask comprises: an insertion tube which is inserted into a human body so as to connect with the trachea and a ring-shaped cuff (50) which is disposed upon the leading end part of the insertion tube, and which is capable of making a tight fit with tissues in the periphery of the aperture part of the trachea by expanding when inserted via the oral cavity into the insertion location. The ring-shaped cuff (50) further comprises a cuff base end part (50R), and a cuff leading end part (50F) which is disposed upon the leading end thereof. With the ring-shaped cuff (50) expanded, the cuff base end part (50R) is thicker in lateral view than the cuff leading end part (50F), and the cuff base end part (50R) and the cuff leading end part (50F) are coupled such that in lateral view the cuff base end part (50R) protrudes further forward than the cuff leading end part (50F) and a stepwise difference (50x) is formed.
