According to the present invention, disclosed is an automatic cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) device. The automatic CPR device comprises: a back plate disposed as a support to support the back of a patient a body housing having a breast compressing unit installed and driven therein to compress the breast of the patient and a leg frame installed in a cantilever structure on the back plate so as to support the body housing while the body housing is separated therefrom in a position in which the body housing faces the back plate to be disposed on the breast of the patient.
