PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radiation vehicle which performs radiography appropriately in a smaller space and a radiography device.SOLUTION: The radiography device 10 is equipped with a mobile vehicle 12 and a radiation detection panel 14. The mobile vehicle 12 integrally supports a radiation application section 22 and a holding section 24 holding the radiation detection panel 14, and integrally moves the radiation application section 22 and the radiation detection panel 14 in the same direction (longitudinal direction of a bed 16).
