PURPOSE: A horticultural tying machine for preventing tape unwinding is provided to prevent a bonding force weakening of a tape in the tape binding, and tangling of the tape while taking out the tape. CONSTITUTION: A tape case (121) comprises a first case in which a tape reel (180) is fixed in the center of inside, and a second case which is installed to be opened and closed in the one side of the first case. A locking protrusion is formed on the top surface of the upper side of the tape reel. A locking groove is formed in the lower surface of the second case. As a state of both ends (190a) of a tension spring (190) are inserted in a spring installation space (180a) which is formed inside the tape reel； the tension spring is positioned to be protruded to the hole (180b) which is formed in the outer periphery of the tape reel； a deep part of the tape (T) which is inserted into the tape reel is flexibly contacted with the tension spring.본 발명의 테이프 풀림 방지형 원예용 결속기는 원예작물이나 농작물이 올바르게 성장하도록 줄기와 가지를 지주 및 유인 줄에 묶어주는 원예용 결속기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 테이프 통의 테이프 릴에 텐션 스프링을 설치하여 테이프의 심부(심지)를 적당한 텐션으로 유지함으로써 테이프 인출시에 테이프의 뒤엉킴을 방지하고, 테이프 결착시 테이프의 결속력 약화를 방지할 수 있어 제품에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있다.
