PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To induce a reduction of immune response capable of being useful for a health of the examinee by reducing undesirable immunoreactivity.SOLUTION: A therapeutic composition comprising a specific antigen (1) capable of establishing or increasing at least one first specific immunoreaction directed against the objective infectious agent, a cell infected with the infectious agent or the both thereof and (2) capable of decreasing at least one second specific immunoreaction different from the first specific immunoreaction, which is directed toward the infectious agent, the cell infected with the infectious agent, an uninfected cell or a combination of either of the infectious agent, the cell infected with the infectious agent and the uninfected cell is provided.
