The present invention relates to an apparatus for winding a seaweed seedling rope, comprising: a winding unit (10) for rotating a seedling rope to be wound around a farming rope (110)； a winding motor (20) for generating a rotational force for rotating the winding unit (10)； an unwinding unit (30) for unwinding the farming rope (110) coming out from the winding unit (10)； an unwinding motor (40) for supplying a rotational force to the unwinding unit (30)； a control unit (50) for controlling the winding motor (20) and the unwinding motor (40)； and a base support frame (60) for supporting the winding unit (10), the winding motor (20), the unwinding unit (30), the unwinding motor (40), and the control unit (50). Accordingly, by controlling the speed of the drawing motor for unwinding the farming rope and the winding motor for rotating a seedling rope reel, intervals between the seedling rope wound around the farming rope are controlled, and then a density of seaweeds attached to the farming rope and growing is controlled. Also, a left side protrusion and a right side protrusion are formed on a rope groove of an unwinding wheel to apply an unwinding force same as alternately pulling at a left side and a right side to the farming rope, thereby improving the unwinding force.본 발명은 해초류 종묘사 회권장치에 관한 것으로, 양식줄 로프(110)에 종묘사(120)가 감기도록 회전하는 권회부(10)와； 상기 권회부(10)가 회전하도록 회전력을 발생시키는 권회모터((20)와； 상기 권회부(10)에서 배출되는 양식줄 로프(110)를 잡아당겨 견인하는 견인부(30)와； 상기 견인부(30)에 회전력을 제공하는 견인모터(40)와； 상기 권회모터((20)와 견인모터(40)를 제어하는 제어부(50)와； 상기 권회부(10), 권회모터((20), 견인부(30), 견인모터(40) 및 제어부(50)를 지자하는 베이스 지지 프레임(60)를 포함하여 구성되어, 양식줄 로프를 견인하는 견인모터의 속도와 종묘사 실패를 회전시키는 권회모터의 속도를 조절함으로써 양식줄 로프에 감기는 종묘사의 간격을 조절하여 양식줄 로프에 부착되어 자라는 해초류의 밀도를 조절할 수 있고 견인바퀴의 로프홈에 좌, 우측 돌출부를 형성하여 좌측과 우측에서 번갈아 가며 잡아당기는 것과 같은 견인력을 양식줄 로프에 가하여 견인력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
