The present invention relates to a wearable measuring device for the burnt amount of body fat, which can measure the burnt amount of body fat by detecting acetone evaporated from sweat of a user. The wearable measuring device comprises: a housing having a first chamber formed with an opening； a fixing means attached to the housing, and closely attaching the housing to the skin of a user in a state that the opening of the first chamber faces the skin of the user； a measuring sensor disposed inside the first chamber, and generating an electrical signal in accordance with the amount of acetone contained in the gas introduced into the first chamber through the opening after the sweat discharged from the skin of the user is evaporated to be generated； a reference sensor disposed outside the first chamber, and generating the electrical signal in accordance with a concentration of a gas component contained in an external air which can be sensed by the measuring sensor； and a signal processing unit receiving the electrical signal from the measuring sensor and the reference sensor. The wearable measuring device for the burnt amount of body fat has an advantage of continuously monitoring the burnt amount of body fat.
