The present invention relates to a modified inhibin alpha protein, to antigenic fragments of same and to a fusion protein comprising same, as well as to an antigenic composition comprising a modified inhibin alpha and/or an antigenic fragment of same and/or a fusion protein comprising modified inhibin alpha, to the method for producing the modified inhibin alpha protein, antigenic fragments of same and fusion protein comprising same, to the use of modified inhibin alpha, antigenic fragments of same or fusion protein comprising inhibin alpha, and to the use of the antigenic composition to increase ovulation in animals, in particular mammals and birds.
