PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a medical vinyl chloride-based resin composition having less deterioration such as reduction of flexibility and coloration after disinfection and germicidal treatments, and having good workability and flexibility, and having improved heat resistance and cold resistance； and a medical material.SOLUTION: By using an epoxy cyclohexanedicarboxylic diester with a specific structure as a plasticizer, coloring after a disinfection treatment and deterioration in flexibility caused by volatilization of the plasticizer are hardly generated, and simultaneously, while maintaining satisfactory workability and flexibility, heat resistance and cold resistance can be improved. As a result, there can be obtained: a medical vinyl chloride-based composition and a medical material, which are reduced in deterioration after disinfection and germicidal treatments, can be used stably, are satisfactory in workability and flexibility and are improved in heat resistance and cold resistance； particularly, a medical vinyl chloride-based resin composition and a medical material which are suitable for medical instruments that require sterilization and germicidal treatments.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 滅菌や殺菌処理後の柔軟性低下や着色等の劣化が少なく、更に加工性や柔軟性が良好であり、かつ耐熱性及び耐寒性の改善された医療用塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物及び医療用材料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 特定の構造のエポキシシクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジエステルを可塑剤として使用することにより、滅菌処理後の着色や可塑剤の揮発による柔軟性の低下が殆どなくなり、同時に良好な加工性や柔軟性を維持しつつ、耐熱性及び耐寒性を改善することができる。その結果、滅菌や殺菌処理後の劣化が少なく、安定的に使用することのできる、加工性や柔軟性が良好であり、かつ耐熱性及び耐寒性の改善された医療用塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物及び医療用材料、特に滅菌や殺菌処理の必要な医療用器具に好適な医療用塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物及び医療用材料を得ることができる。【選択図】 なし
