[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An aromatic deodorant unit (1) which comprises an aroma liquid container (3) having an opening, an aroma liquid contained in the aroma liquid container (3), and a suction and volatilization member (6) having a suction part (6a) and a volatilization part (6b), wherein at least a part of the suction part (6a) is dipped in the aroma liquid, the volatilization part (6b) is located in such a manner that it can be exposed to the atmosphere from the opening, and a coating part containing a porous material is formed at least in the surface layer of the volatilization part (6b). When the porous material holds a metal ion, an antibacterial effect can be obtained in addition to the deodorizing effect.
