The method involves differentiating pixels of an image of a sequence of fluoroscopic images of a moving object (O) between moving pixels (N and P) and fixed pixels (F), and performing temporal filtering of the pixels (F) and spatial filtering of the pixels (N). Each image pixel is differentiated based ON the result of detection of the existence or absence of a movement of the object with respect to a preceding image in a zone of the image covering a set of pixels in the vicinity of the pixel. A controlled quantity of high frequency noise is injected to the result of the spatial filtering.
