PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic photographing apparatus which depends on the photographing modes in color or fluorescence to set automatically look up tables suitable for their respective images.
SOLUTION: The process by the ophthalmic photographing apparatus comprises the step S1 for selecting a photographing mode, the step S2 for taking a photograph, the step S3 for storing an eyeground image in a frame memory, the step S4 for depending on the photographing mode selected in the step S1 to set a look up table, the step S5 for using the look up table set in the step S4 to convert in harmony, the step S6 for converting the data converted in harmony in the step S5 into the set file format, the step S7 for recoding the data converted into the file format in the step S6 on a memory medium, and the step S8 for transmitting the data converted in harmony in the step S5 into a displaying memory to make D/A conversion for displaying on a TV monitor.
