PURPOSE: A cultivation method of sweet potato is provided to cultivate potato having enriched nutrition such as germanium, minerals, etc. to nearly prevent damages from a disaster, disease, and pest, and to increase harvest yield. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of sweet potato containing organic germanium comprises: a raising seedling area soil improvement step of inputting functional compost containing domestic animal blood meal to a raising seedling area before planting sweet potato seeds(S110); a seed sweet potato immersion step of immersing the sweet potato seeds in a mixture in which an organic germanium bond peptide agent is diluted in water(S120); a seedling production step of planting the immersed seeds in a soil-improved raising seedling area, and raising sweet potato seedlings(S130); a cultivation complex soil improvement step of adding functional compost containing the domestic animal blood meal to a cultivation complex(S140); and a cultivation step of transplanting the sweet potato seedlings to a soil-improved cultivation complex(S150).
