The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting metastasis of solid cancer and/or increasing sensitivity to radiation and anticancer drugs, containing oxytocin as an active ingredient and also as an agent for enhancing expression of early growth response 1 (EGR1). According to the present invention, the composition can be used as a composite treatment agent along with existing anticancer drugs by effectively inhibiting cancer metastasis.
