The present invention relates to methods of treating multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) or Alzheimer`s disease in a subject in need of treatment thereof by administering an effective amount of 4-(2-((1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexylamino)benzothiazol-6-yloxy)-N- methylpicolinamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.La présente invention concerne des méthodes de traitement de la sclérose en plaques, de la sclérose latérale amyotrophique (ALS) ou de la maladie d'Alzheimer chez un sujet nécessitant un tel traitement par administration d'une quantité efficace de 4-(2-((1R,2R)-2-hydroxycyclohexylamino)benzothiazol-6-yloxy)-N-méthylpicolinamide ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
