PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for generating artificial rainfall or the like, making artificial rain fall anytime anywhere by loading an artificial rainfall generating device on a moving means followed by making always movable to an area requiring rainfall, and especially, surely generating a large amount of artificial rainfall by combining a plurality of moving means in further preferable positional relation so as to surely raise a swirling flow to a further upper layer.
SOLUTION: This method for generating artificial rainfall or the like includes forming a spiral upward flow from the ground by loading an artificial rainfall generating device on a moving means such as a vehicle and a ship, and combining a plurality of the moving means in proper positional relation.
