PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic endoscope apparatus capable of retaining a high reliability even under an environment of a strong magnetic field.SOLUTION: An electronic endoscope includes an MRAM for storing endoscope intrinsic information data, and a magnetic sensor for detecting the size of magnetism received by the MRAM. When the magnetic sensor detects magnetism of a prescribed threshold or higher, data of at least part of items of the endoscope intrinsic information data are evacuated into a memory of an electronic endoscope processor as evacuation data.
