The disclosure relates to conjugates of an amatoxin and a target-binding moiety, e.g. an antibody, connected by a linker comprising a urea moiety, which are useful in tumour therapy for the treatment of cancer selected from the group consisting of pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, kidney cancer, malignant melanoma, leukemia, and malignant lymphoma. In a further aspect the disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such conjugates.
