This invention relates to an automatic suture knotting device for surgery, to be used cooperatively with a surgical suture having a needle end and a tail end to perform suture knotting. The automatic suture knotting device for surgery comprises a positioning base plate, a threading module disposed on the positioning base plate, two thread pulling modules and two threading arms respectively disposed on the positioning base plate.
