This lacrimal duct tube includes: a pair of tube-shaped members which each have, provided to one end thereof, an opening communicating with a lumen, and which each have, provided to a wall section thereof, an aperture for guiding a lacrimal-duct-tube operation tool into the lumen and a connection member which connects other ends of the tube-shaped members to each other. A surface of each of the tube-shaped members includes hydrophilic coating sections, and an uncoated section where the hydrophilic coating is not formed. Engagement parts which engage with tips of the rod-shaped lacrimal-duct-tube operation tools are included in the lumina in the vicinity of the openings. It is preferable that the uncoated sections be formed so as not to overlap the tube-shaped member surfaces in positions where the engagement parts are provided. The lacrimal duct tube can be suitably used for various lacrimal-duct-obstruction treatments. In cases when a sheath is to be employed, like in sheath-guided endoscopic-assisted probing, the lacrimal duct tube can be securely fixed to the sheath while exhibiting excellent sheath insertion properties.
