The device may comprise: a housing including a track with a plurality of segments； a plunger including a pin located in the track； a sheath extending distally from the housing； a wire extending distally from the plunger into the sheath； and an end effector on a distal end of the wire, wherein the housing is movable relative to the plunger to move the pin between the plurality of segments, and each of the plurality of segments corresponds with a position of the end effector relative to the sheath.
