PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic instrument capable of giving stimulation to skin surfaces.SOLUTION: The cosmetic instrument includes: a cosmetic instrument having a body part 1 which simultaneously functions as a grip, and functional parts 2 and 32 which are set to the body part 1 and give stimulus to skin surfaces and a cosmetic instrument having a placing stand 120 on which the cosmetic instrument is placed in a side-lying posture. A grip end 128 of the body part 1 projects outward of the outline of the placing stand 120 in a state where the body part 1 is placed on placing seats 123 and 134 of the placing stand 120 in a side-lying posture.
