This invention is about a poultry feed using expander and more specifically about the poultry feed using expander to improve the usage of low-priced materials, poultry feed preference, and meat quality by expanding different raw materials with high temperature and pressure when producing the poultry feed and then mixing them in order to reduce the process and enhance the production efficiency as well as digestion rate. The poultry feed using expander of this invention includes the soybean cake of 45-50； repeseed meal of 3-4； palm kernel expeller of 15-16； palm kernel expeller of 15-16； rice bran of 5-6； and limestone of 3-4 part by weight on the basis of the corn of 100 part by weight and features that the corn, soybean cake, repeseed meal, palm kernel expeller, distillers dried grains, and coconut meal are ground in 2-4 mm, and supplied to the expander for single expansion at the temperature of 160-180°；C and pressure of 3.5~4 kg/m^2 for 2-4 seconds and then mixed to achieve the digestion rate of 80-95%.본 발명은 익스펜더를 이용한 양계사료에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 양계사료 제조 시 각각의 원료들을 고온, 고압으로 익스펜더 과정을 1회 수행한 후 혼합함으로써, 공정을 단축시켜 생산효율성 증대는 물론 소화율을 현저히 개선시켜 저가 원료의 사용량 증대 및 양계의 사료 기호도와 육질을 향상시킬 수 있는 익스펜더를 이용한 양계사료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명인 익스펜더를 이용한 양계사료는 옥수수 100 중량부에 대하여, 대두박 45~50 중량부, 채종박 3~4 중량부, 팜박 15~16 중량부, 야자박 15~16 중량부, 미강 5~6 중량부, 석회석 3~4 중량부를 포함하되, 상기 옥수수, 대두박, 채종박, 팜박, 야자박, 미강은 각각 2~4㎜로 분쇄된 후, 익스펜더에 투입되어 온도 160~180 ℃에서 압력 3.5~5 ㎏/㎡로 2~4초동안 1회 팽창가공된 다음 혼합되어 소화율이 80~95%인 것을 특징으로 한다.
