PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having excellent percutaneous absorption and to provide a plaster using the composition.SOLUTION: The nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is characterized as comprising a specific ester (A), a polyhydric alcohol (B), a nonionic surfactant (C) having a polyoxyethylene group, a physiologically active ingredient (D) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive (E). Since the polyoxyethylene group acts on hydrophilic groups in an intercellular lipid between keratins of the skin by formulating the nonionic surfactant (C) having the polyoxyethylene group, the nonaqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition having the excellent percutaneous absorption of a drug and the plaster using the composition can be provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】経皮吸収性に優れた非水系粘着剤組成物と、これを用いた貼付剤を提供する。【解決手段】特定のエステル(A)と、多価アルコール(B)と、ポリオキシエチレン基を有するノニオン性界面活性剤(C)と、生理活性成分(D)と、粘着剤(E)とを含有することを特徴とする非水系粘着剤組成物。本発明によれば、ポリオキシエチレン基を有するノニオン性界面活性剤(C)を配合することにより、該ポリオキシエチレン基が皮膚の角質間における細胞間脂質中の親水基に作用するので、薬剤の経皮吸収性に優れた非水系粘着剤組成物や、これを用いた貼付剤を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
