PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for hair cosmetics that imparts a pliant finish feeling by alleviating respective drawbacks of a semi-synthesized additive for hair cosmetics represented by polyquaternium-10 and a synthesized additive for hair cosmetics represented by polyquaternium-6 or -7, and a hair cosmetic comprising the same.SOLUTION: The additive for hair cosmetics is manufactured by dissolving a natural polymer and/or a derivative of a natural polymer each bearing an OH group in water and subsequently graft-copolymerizing thereunto in a water medium a plurality of kinds of water-soluble monomers comprising as essential ingredients a cationic water-soluble monomer and an anionic water-soluble monomer and, if required, a nonionic water-soluble monomer copolymerizable therewith. The hair cosmetic comprises the additive.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明の課題は、ポリクオタニウム-10に代表される半合成系毛髪化粧料用添加剤とポリクオタニウム-6あるいは7に代表される合成系毛髪化粧料用添加剤のそれぞれの欠点を克服し、仕上がりにしなやかな感触を与える毛髪化粧料用添加剤、およびそれを含有する毛髪化粧料を提供することにある。【解決手段】 上記課題を解決する方法として、OH基をもつ天然高分子および/または天然高分子誘導体を水に溶解した後、水媒体中でカチオン性水溶性単量体とアニオン性水溶性単量体を必須成分とし、必要に応じ、それらと共重合可能な非イオン性水溶性単量体を含む複数種類の水溶性単量体をグラフト共重合させることにより毛髪化粧料用添加剤を製造し、それを毛髪化粧料組成に加えることにより達成できることを見出した。【選択図】なし
