PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a simple PTP cassette which can stably discharge less-elastic, curved sheets of PTP packaged tablets at a low cost.SOLUTION: A PTP cassette 10 includes an aligning and storing part 20 which holds sheets of PTP packaged tablets 8 in a storage space 11 by vertically stacking the sheets of the PTP packaged tablets placed horizontally and a sequentially-discharging mechanism 30 for feeding a lowermost sheet of the PTP packaged tablets 81 forward by a hooking member 35 of an endless belt 34 for discharging the sheet of the PTP packaged tablets 8 forward from a discharging port 25 by feeding the sheet of the packaged tablets laterally in the order of the lowermost ones. A thin and long guide member 40 extended in a front-back direction is provided, and an upper end part (42) of the guide member is protruded to the storage space 11 from the below so as to support the lowermost sheet of the PTP packaged tablets 81 having projecting parts (8b) facing downward by the upper end part of the guide member 40 fit between the projecting parts, and a guide groove (43) is formed on the upper end part of the guide member 40 for guiding the endless belt 34.
