CONSTITUTION: A skin care device comprises a thermoelectric element(110) which emits and absorbs heat while changing heating and cooling direction according to electric current direction of a power source, a heat pipe for cooling the heat generation of the thermoelectric element, a radiating unit(120) consisting of a heat radiation pin for releasing the heat conducted to the heat pipe, a circuit controller(130) for controlling the operation of the thermoelectric element, a case which accommodates the thermoelectric element, radiating unit, and circuit controller, and a head(107) which is installed on the front surface of the case.본 발명은 냉온 가변 조절되는 피부 미용기에 관한 것으로서, 냉온 가변 조절을 위한 열전소자 및 히트파이프 결합 방열핀을 구비하고, 냉온 가변 조절을 위해 출력 전압, 주파수 및 파형을 가변 제어하는 회로부를 구비함으로써 소형화가 가능하고 냉동이온영동요법(Cryoelectrophoresis) 및 갈바닉 트리트먼트를 수행할 수 있어 효과적인 피부 미용이 가능한 냉온 가변 조절되는 피부 미용기에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은, 전원의 전류방향에 따라 냉온 방향이 전환되면서 발열작동 및 흡열작동되는 열전소자와； 상기 열전소자의 발열을 냉각하기 위한 히트파이프와, 상기 히트파이프에 결합되어 상기 히트파이프에 전달된 열을 방열하기 위한 방열핀으로 이루어진 방열부； 상기 열전소자의 동작을 제어하기 위한 회로 제어부； 상기 열전소자, 방열부 및 회로 제어부가 내장되고 표면에는 냉온 선택 스위치가 설치되며 상기 피부 미용기의 외관을 구성하는 케이스； 및 사용자의 피부에 접촉하도록 상기 케이스의 전면부에 설치되는 헤드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
