PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catcher capable of preventing injury to the body of an aquatic organism without violent action of the aquatic organism when scooped up, and capable of being handled around inside an aquarium.SOLUTION: The catcher 100 for catching an aquatic organism to be grown in the aquarium includes: a catching part 110 formed in a given shape for catching the aquatic organism and having a depth D smaller than an opening width W and a handle bar 142 connected to the catching part 110.
