The present invention relates to a radiation drug dispensing device. Upon administrating a patient with a radiation drug after taking the same out of a radiation drug container, the radiation drug dispensing device protects a medical staff from radiation exposure due to direct administration. Particularly, it is possible to prevent leakage of the radiation drug contained in a radiation drug container and to prevent contamination by the radiation drug. To this end, radiation drug dispensing device comprises: a first holding unit including a holder having an accommodation part for accommodating the radiation drug container and a rotation unit for rotating the holder； a transfer unit provided on the first holding unit for transferring a syringe for sucking the radiation drug in the radiation drug container； a metering unit provided at a lower portion of the transfer unit for metering the radiation drug sucked in the syringe； and a second holding unit provided at a lower portion of the transfer unit and accommodating the syringe.본 발명은 방사선 약물 용기에서 방사선 약물을 추출하여 환자에게 투여할 때, 직접 투여에 의한 의료진의 방사선 노출을 회피할 수 있도록 하되, 특히 방사선 약물 용기에 수용된 방사선 약물의 누출 방지 및 방사선 약물에 의한 오염 방지가 가능하도록 하는 방사선 약물 분배 장치에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 방사선 약물 용기를 수용하는 수용부를 구비한 홀더 및, 상기 홀더를 회전시키는 회동수단을 포함하는 제1홀딩유닛, 그리고 상기 제1홀딩유닛의 상부에 구비되고, 상기 방사선 약물 용기 내의 방사선 약물을 흡입하는 주사기를 이송하는 이송유닛, 그리고 상기 이송유닛의 하부에 구비되고, 상기 주사기에 흡입된 방사선 약물을 계량하는 계량유닛, 그리고 상기 이송유닛의 하부에 구비되고, 상기 주사기를 수용하는 제2홀딩유닛을 포함한다.
