PURPOSE: A system for brachytherapy using nano-emitter based on x-ray and warm catheter is provided, which leads patient friendly cancer treatment industry. CONSTITUTION: A system for brachytherapy using nano-emitter based on x-ray and warm catheter comprises: an X-ray tube(110) and a catheter(180) which surrounds the X-ray tube in the longitudinal direction of the X-ray tube and flows in and flows out fluid through a fluid passage which is expanded to the part more than the anode target of X-ray tube. The fluid passage includes a inflow path connected to an entrance and an outflow path connected to an exit.본 발명은 초소형 X선원(X-ray source)과 온열 카테터(catheter)/애플리케이터(applicator)를 이용하여 암 부위에 직접적으로 X선과 온열을 동시에 적용함으로써 암을 치료하는 근접치료 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 근접치료 시스템은, X 선 튜브 및 상기 X 선 튜브의 종방향을 따라 상기 X 선 튜브의 주위를 감싸면서 상기 X 선 튜브의 양극 타깃 이상의 부분까지 연장된 유체 통로를 통해 유체를 유입하고 유출하는 카테터를 포함하고, 상기 유체 통로는 입구와 연결된 유입 경로와 출구와 연결된 유출 경로를 포함하며, 상기 유입 경로로 들어오는 유체가 상기 양극 타깃 주위의 복수의 리저보어(reservoir)를 채운 후 상기 유출 경로를 통해 되돌아 나오는 구조를 포함한다.
