PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swallowable package collapsing in a further short time, and free from making the oral cavity sticky to give no uncomfortable feeling, i.e., excellent in melting feeling in the mouth and easy to swallow and to provide a joined edible film.
SOLUTION: This swallowable package 100 is obtained by packaging a swallowable 6 with an edible film 1 where water soluble fine grains 12 exist in a dispersed state in the inside of a water soluble film 11 made of a material containing a hydroxypropyl cellulose-containing film forming agent. The joined edible film obtained by processing the edible film into a bag shape is also provided.
