The present invention discloses a telehealth care system using thermal imaging and a method thereof. The telehealth care system using thermal imaging includes an infrared thermal imager, an image process module and an analysis module. The infrared thermal imager captures a thermal image from an upper body of a patient. The image process module receives the thermal image and then generates a rolling-average temperature of area according to the thermal image.
