The present invention relates to compounds of formula Ior a pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein the variables R1—R5, Ar1, and X are as defined herein. The compounds are capable of modulating tyrosine kinase signal transduction in order to regulate, modulate and/or inhibit abnormal cell proliferation.
