To promote the growth of a bone without damage to a growth plate and to enhance safety in surgery, provided is an implant for promoting the growth of a bone which comprises: a first implant bar implanted to penetrate the metaphysis corresponding to the inner side of the growth plate of a long bone to be treated so as to expose both ends toward the both sides of the long bone； a second implant bar implanted to penetrate the epiphysis of the outer side of the growth plate so as to expose both ends toward the both sides of the long bone； and a pair of stimulating elongation means arranged to be adjacent to the outer surface of the long bone to be treated, installed inside skin tissues covering the long bone, placed respectively between one end of the first implant bar and one end of the second implant bar and between the other end of the first implant bar and the other end of the second implant bar so as to widen spaces between the implant bars and stretch the growth plate, and elongated between the end of each implant bar.
