PURPOSE: A device for controlling the thickness to cut vegetables in a vegetable cutter is provided to smoothly control a gap with a round cutter by lifting a rotary table through spinning a control screw which is exposed to the downwardly to the clockwise and counterclockwise direction. CONSTITUTION: A device (100) for controlling the thickness to cut vegetables in a vegetable cutter comprises a cutting unit and a motor (M). A hollow shaft mounting a support cap where a control screw is equipped to lift a driving shaft (21) in the lower end and a chain wheel in a lower part of a driving gear. A boss which is connected to a fixed plate (28) is positioned in the lower part of the driving gear and rotates the hollow shaft to a bearing. A key home is formed in the hollow shaft and the driving shaft as a horizontal key and allows a rotary table (3) to lift when the control screw is rotated to the clockwise and counterclockwise direction while the hollow shaft and the driving shaft are rotated together.본 발명은 야채절단기의 절단두께 조절장치에 관한 것이다.구성에 있어서는 원형커터(4)가 장착되는 피동축(22) 및 피동체인휠과, 회전테이블(3)이 장착되는 원동체인휠 및 구동축(21)이 구비된 기어박스(2)에 있어서,기어박스(2) 내부에 원동기어(21a)와 아이들기어(21b) 그리고 피동기어(22a)를 배치 구성하되, 원동기어(21a)에 기어박스(2)를 고정시킴과 동시에, 체인휠(23)과 더불어 구동축(21)을 승강시키는 조절나사(24)를 가진 지지캡(25)이 장착된 중공축(26)을 삽입 설치하고, 중공축(26)의 하부는 보스(21a')에 회전이 용이하도록 삽입 장착되며, 중공축(26)의 내부에 구동축(21)을 삽입 설치하되, 중공축(26)과 구동축(21)에는 키이홈(26')(21')을 형성하여 수평키(27)로써 중공축(26)과 구동축(21)을 함께 회전시킴과 동시에 구동축(21)의 승강이 가능하게 함을 특징으로 한다.따라서 조절나사(24)로서 회전테이블(3)을 신속 간편하게 승강시킴에 따라 원형커터(4)와의 간극이 매우 신속 원활하게 조절되어 야채의 절단두께를 조절 할 수 있고, 또 조절 폭이 큰 효과가 있다.
