The apparatus for water culture according to the present invention comprises: a first frame having a lower end placed on the bottom surface； a plurality of first cultivation pipes fixed to be spaced apart from each other above the first frame, wherein each of the first cultivation pipes has an accommodation part which is formed long in a longitudinal direction and in which seeding plants can be accommodated, and an inner passage through which a culture medium can pass； a second frame positioned above the first cultivation pipe； a plurality of second cultivation pipes fixed to be spaced apart from each other above the second frame, wherein each of the second cultivation pipes has an accommodation part which is formed long in a longitudinal direction and in which seeding plants can be accommodated, and an inner passage through which a culture medium can pass； a culture medium storage tank disposed at one side of the first frame； a supply pipe for connecting the culture medium storage tank to the first cultivation pipes and the second cultivation pipes, respectively, to supply the culture medium to the first cultivation pipes and the second cultivation pipes from the culture medium storage tank； and a pump provided in the culture medium storage tank to supply the culture medium to the supply pipe.
