PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for the skin, exhibiting skin quality-improving effects by humectant effects and rough skin-preventing effects.
SOLUTION: The external preparation for the skin, having high persistent humectant effects and skin quality-improving effects is obtained by formulating a multilayered liposome having high hydrogenated phospholipid concentration so as to have high concentration, phosphatidyl inositol of a phospholipid having an inositol ring, being a large chemical structural molecule for formation of a protective film on the skin, and a water-soluble polymer having 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine of a skin-resembled component as a constituent unit for formation of a film of the polymer.
