The invention provides a method for improving the far-infrared emission rate of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment materials. Materials which contain 6-14 micron wave band far infrared energy are arranged in a container, then the container is heated to be above the temperature which enables the materials to improve the far-infrared emission rate, after the temperature is reached, a proper temperature continues to be kept, then the container is cooled, so that the materials can improve the far-infrared emission rate and contain far-infrared energy with the emission rate being 0.88-0.99, and the cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment materials are formed. Accordingly, the 6-14 micron far infrared stored by the materials can generate the resonance effect with molecules formed by cell bodies, and the effect of improving a micro circulation system, activating peripheral nerves and preventing or delaying hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases is achieved.
