PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated panel capable of stabilizing adhesion between a face plate and a core material.SOLUTION: A laminated panel 100 includes an aggregate 130 having a rectangular cross section 131 and sandwiching, between it and one face plate 121, a flange 112 of a core panel 110 formed so as to extend along the one face plate 121 from an end 111a of a vertical wall part 111. The aggregate 130 comprises a step part 133a for forming a predetermined clearance between the rectangular cross section 131 and the one face plate 121, an extension part 134 extending from the step part 133a between the one face plate 121 and the flange 112 of the core panel 110 so as to be along the surface of the one face plate 121, and a step part 133b for forming a predetermined clearance (level difference) between the rectangular cross section 131 and the other face plate 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
