The current description is about comprehensive treatment for cancer in patients who do not have a primary treatment option. Antibodies used in this treatment block the interaction between PD1 (Advanced death molecule 1) and PD-L1 and FGF.If there are one or more variants of the progeny fund in the patient's biological sample, in the case of controlling antibodies and progeny fund inhibitors between PD-1 and PD-L1La presente descripcion esta referida a terapias de combinacion para el tratamiento del cancer en pacientes que no responden a la opcion terapeutica principal. El anticuerpo utilizado en esta terapia bloquea la interaccion entre PD1 (molecula de muerte programada 1) y su ligando PD-L1 y un inhibidor de los receptores del factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos (FGFR), en donde se administran el anticuerpo que bloquea la interaccion entre PD-1 y PD-L1 y el inhibidor de FGFR si hay una o mas variantes de FGFR presentes en una muestra biologica del paciente
