PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a balloon from being left as it is expanded.SOLUTION: An overtube 16 includes an insertion tube 31 to which an insert part 21 of an electronic endoscope 12 is inserted, a balloon 35 installed on the insertion tube 31, and yarn members 36 and 37 to sew the balloon 35 on the insertion tube 31. Inside the tube walls composing the insertion tube 31, an air feed/intake tube 40 is formed to feed and take in air to the balloon 35. On an outer circumferential surface of the insertion tube 31, an end of the air feed/intake tube 40 is provided. The balloon 35 is installed on the outer circumference of the insertion tube 31 in such a way as to cover the end of the air feed and intake tube 40. On the outer circumferential surface of the insertion tube 31, a plurality of needle holes 45 and 46 to sew the balloon 35 on are provided to be apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the insertion tube 31. The yarn members 36 and 37 are inserted to the needle holes 45 and 46 through the balloon 35 from the outer side to the inner side, and through the balloon 35 from the inner side to the outer side repeatedly, so that the balloon 35 is sewn on the insertion tube 31.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】バルーンが膨張したままになることを防止する。【解決手段】オーバーチューブ16は、電子内視鏡12の挿入部21が挿通される挿通管31と、挿通管31に装着されたバルーン35と、バルーン35を挿通管31に縫い付ける糸状部材36、37を備えている。挿通管31を構成する管壁の内部には、バルーン35に対する送気及び吸気を行うための送吸気管40が形成されている。挿通管31の外周面には、送吸気管40の端部が設けられている。バルーン35は、送吸気管40の端部を覆うように、挿通管31の外周に装着されている。挿通管31の外周面には、バルーン35を縫い付けるための針孔45、46が、挿通管31の周方向に離間して複数設けられている。糸状部材36、37は、バルーン35の外側から内側へ貫通して針孔45、46を挿通し、バルーン35の内側から外側へ貫通することを繰り返すことで、バルーン35を挿通管31に縫い付けている。【選択図】図2
