PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator stably discharging mist and metal fine particles by avoiding that dew condensation is generated in discharge electrodes.SOLUTION: In this mist generator mixing and discharging the mist generated in a mist generation part 1 and the metal fine particles generated in a discharge part 8, the discharge part 8 is provided in a position departing from a discharge path of the mist.
