The present invention relates, according to a first aspect, to a method of preparation of an aqueous gel of hyaluronic acid comprising the following steps: a) the preparation of an aqueous acid gel crosslinked hyaluronic, b) homogenization of the gel aqueous formed in step (a) by rolling, c) neutralizing the aqueous gel homogenized in step (b). The invention also has for object, according to a second aspect, an aqueous gel of hyaluronic acid capable to be obtained by such a process. The invention still has for object, according to a third aspect, the cosmetic use of such a gel aqueous in the repair or reconstruction of tissues, in particularly for filling in wrinkles and fine lines, or said aqueous gel for its medical use for repair or tissue reconstruction.La présente invention a pour objet, selon un premier aspect, un procédé depréparation d'un gel aqueux d'acide hyaluroniquecomprenant les étapes suivantes: a) la préparation d'un gel aqueux d'acidehyaluronique réticulé, b) l'homogénéisation du gelaqueux formé à l'étape (a) par laminage, c) la neutralisation du gel aqueuxhomogénéisé à l'étape (b).
