The present invention relates to manufacturing of a hanging line of oyster farming to hang shells at constant intervals along a hanging rope having a predetermined length. More specifically, the present invention repeatedly performs: a step of uprightly putting dozens of shells on a shell tray； a step of straightly extending the hanging rope by penetrating a center unit of each shell； a step of firstly clamping the hanging rope to a pair of robot chucks arranged in front and back sides of a corresponding shell in a state of moving one shell positioned in the rearmost end side of the shell tray at a predetermined length along the hanging rope in a vacuum adsorption method； a step of secondly clamping the hanging rope to another robot chuck arranged in a front side of the shell in a position between the robot chucks； a step of making a twisted shaped rope knot by pulling a corresponding robot chuck to a lower side and rotating the same at 180 degrees； a step of assembling a rope knot part with a clip by pushing the clip for supporting the shell into the rope knot part； and a step of pulling the hanging rope to the other robot chuck arranged in a back end of the hanging rope at a constant length. Therefore, a method and a device for automatically manufacturing a hanging line of oyster farming of the present invention: can perform an excellent manufacturing performance of more than 40 lines per hour by automating a process of making the hanging line of the oyster farming instead of a manual method or a semi-automatic method； accordingly, can improve productivity of the hanging line of the oyster farming and reduce production costs； and can offer a hanging line capable of maximizing farming efficiency by accurately and constantly maintaining intervals of the shells.본 발명은 소정의 길이를 가지는 수하로프를 따라 일정한 간격을 두고 패각이 매달리는 굴양식 수하연의 제작을 위한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 수십 매의 패각을 한데 모아 패각트레이상에 직립식으로 올려 놓고, 각 패각의 중심부를 관통하여 수하로프를 직선상으로 연장시킨 다음, 패각트레이의 최후단부측에 위치하는 하나의 패각을 소정의 길이만큼 수하로프를 따라 진공 흡착식으로 이동시
