Aquantitative automatic filler for enema is disclosed herein to comprise a filling structure, a sealing structure, a blanking structure, a main machine body, a turntable having a plurality of plates for receipt and positioning of enema containers, wherein the turntable is fitted on the main machine body. The filling structure is used for injection of a specific amount of liquid medicine into the enema containers, and lids are delivered by the sealing structure to closely slip over openings of the enema containers. Then, the sealed enema containers can automatically fall into a specific object via the blanking structure.
