<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing feed using fermentation residue, producing feed with a proper potassium content by removing the excessive from potassium excessively existing in fermentation residue. <；P>；SOLUTION: This method for producing the feed using fermentation residue includes a potassium ion removing process of sticking fast part of potassium ion contained in the fermentation residue to positive ion exchange resin so as to remove, a potassium ion eluting process of washing potassium ion stuck fast to the positive ion exchange resin in acid solution so as to elute in the acid solution, and a potassium ion collecting process of extracting potassium ion eluted in the acid solution as potassium salt followed by collecting.
