Problem to be solved: to provide a method for treating cancer by adjusting the function, activity, or proliferation of Treg cells by targeting the ys associated protein (Yap) signaling.There is provided a therapeutic composition comprising, e.g., a tetraphosphine, a yap inhibitor such as a statin drug and an immunological checkpoint inhibitor, a method of administering an immunotherapeutic agent such as an antitumor vaccine, and a yap inhibitor and an immunotherapeutic agent.
