PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet capable of allowing a user to sufficiently feel bubbling of carbon dioxide gas on the skin by being pasted to the skin and poured with water or hot water.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric sheet contains the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D): (A) powder selected from an organic acid and an inorganic acid； (B) powder that is a carbonate； (C) a substance that has a melting point of 50°C or more and 110°C or less and is solid at 25°C； and (D) a fiber.
