The present invention relates to an actual biometric fingerprint authentication method using skin impedance. According to the present invention, the actual biometric fingerprint authentication method using skin impedance is a method performed through an apparatus having a sensor module in which a fingerprint sensor for sensing a fingerprint based on skin contact and an electrode unit, including two or more electrodes capable of touching the skin during the fingerprint sensing, are combined. The actual biometric fingerprint authentication method comprises: a first step of setting, as a control variable, at least one of a current path, a contact voltage, a frequency, and a current density which can be controlled through the electrode unit, and setting, as a measurement variable, at least one of a current applying time, a skin humidity, a contact area, a contact pressure, and a temperature which can be measured during the contact fingerprint sensing process through the fingerprint sensor a second step of sensing an impedance value of skin in contact with the electrode unit during the fingerprint recognition process, while controlling the electrode unit based on the set control variable when sensing the fingerprint through the fingerprint sensor, and at the same time, measuring the set at least one measurement variable a third step of accumulating a combination of the sensed impedance value and the measurement variable in a designated storage area when authenticating the matching of patterns of the sensed fingerprint, and if a specified or larger number of the combinations are accumulated, numerically analyzing or statistically processing the accumulated combinations of the impedance value and the measurement variable to calculate an impedance effective range associated with at least one measurement variable or to identify a previously registered impedance effective range and a fourth step of authenticating whether the sensed impedance value belongs to the identified im
